Oggi in bacheca nella Tana dei Controllori c'era affissa un mail! Molte volte quando i controllori ricevono segnalazioni da parte di passeggeri che non apprezzano il loro operato, vengono chiamati in privato nell'ufficio del capoccione aziendale di turno per dare le dovute spiegazioni.
In quell'ufficio ci sono stato parecchie volte, ho sentito parole come " maleducato ", " arrogante ", " razzista " e " ingiusto ", tutto questi discorsi molte volte finivano con "So di aver sbagliato e pagherò la multa, ma vorrei che voi prendiate provvedimenti nei confronti di...." .
A volte credi di pensare che se l'abusivo che sbaglia paga, anche il controllore che sbaglia deve pagare, tutto sta nel vedere dove si sbaglia.
Per quello che riguarda l'abusivo non ci sono dubbi, lui era senza biglietto, ma stabilire dove ha sbagliato il controllore diventa molte volte difficile!
Dove avrà sbagliato ?
Nel fare la multa?
Nell'alzare la voce all'ennesimo rifiuto di esibire un documento?
Nell'incantonare in un angolo l'abusivo con la gambetta pronta alla fuga?
Nel reagire ad una offesa?
Nel non accettare un "Non capisco!" o un "Non parlo italiano!" come un buon motivo per non avere un biglietto?
Il controllore sbaglia in tante cose, per qualcuno ha già sbagliato a priori nello scegliere quel mestiere, ma se partiamo dal presupposto che non sarebbe successo niente se fossi stato in regola con il titolo di viaggio, oppure nella peggiore delle ipotesi a farti multare in grazia di Dio con un documento pronto e senza fiatare, diciamo che forse oltre al "Grazie...Buonasera..." avresti avuto più dialogo con un distributore automatico di sigarette piuttosto che con un controllore, infame che sia!
